There are two wakeskate only events coming up in Onatrio, below are a few details and links to there facebooks for dates and more info.
FOOTLOOSE
A wakeskate event that is pwc and wake park specific. This means anything behind the Waverunner or on the obstacles we will have setup (fun box, up-flat, rooftop, kicker etc.) This is a boat-free contest.
The format is an 8 minute freestyle session judged by 3 wonderful judges. We'll have one set of heats and then one set of finals where the riders will have 10 minutes to show us what they've got.
Riders are invited by the committee to take place in the Open category... Registration is $30 and top 3 on the podium take home the cash. Open riders are invited to nominate wakeskaters to participate in the amateur category of the contest.
People are welcome to stay for Sunday Funday in the park!

Bungle in the Jungle!
For those of you who do not know what this is prepare to have your mind blow and your pants ripped from your waist. If you are a bit puzzled right now then don't you worry. Bungle in the Jungle is only the sickest wakeskating competition ever be held on this planet. (we have the testemonials to prove it too) Bungle is taking wakeskating back to where it grew up and were it is meant to be. We are not wakeboarders, we are wakeSKATERS!
Bungle is a strictly no wake competition it is pulled by the new 2011 sea-doo wake. It is a expression session style of competition where the rider does what they want, when they want, how they want! anything goes. It is run by wakeskaters for wakeskaters and judged by wakeskaters We believe grass roots is an important part of wakeskating and not everyone can do double kick flips, but all of us love to have fun. So SKATE OR SPLIT!
